Korpus Kwartet brings four horn players of different Belgian conservatories together. As a flexible group they seek for various ways of giving classical music an extra dimension. For this they often play on adventurous locations, such as their production ‘WALD’, commisioned by Muziekzomer Gelderland (NL).
Therefore Korpus Kwartet strives honouring its name, which is origined in the Serbian word for bell and which also contains the french word ‘cor’: as a harmonious ensemble that brings the horn in exciting ways in the picture.

2024 brought a lot of great things for Korpus Kwartet! We toured with our performance WALD at home and abroad, shared the stage with international soloists and organised our first educational project.
Meanwhile, we are busily working on new and refreshing performances for 2025. Some of them can already be found on our concert calendar. Many more exciting ideas and projects are in the pipeline, ready to be unleashed soon.
